Off the strip Moulin Rouge Historic Hotel and Casino are brought back to life in this musical themed concept design .
MOULIN ROUGE HOTEL CASINO "THE ICE CONCEPT"
Approached by two LA investors , our firm proposed a concept design for consideration by the Mayor of Las Vegas.
"The ICE concept was a vision to create a luminuous hotel presence in the lot where the Historic Moulin Rouge Casino once resided. The "Musical Note" was placed atop to emphasize its presence from the Las Vegas strip and revive the beauty of the Moulin Rouge Historic Casino as an extension and part of the Las Vegas strip.
