CENTRE OF ASTROÂ STUDIES CENTRE
CONCEPT DESIGN MILAN, ITALY

This is vision for a Centre of Astro Studies in Milan, Italy  is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of the Astronomers and Science visitors who dreamed it and we visioned it for them. Our design made sure to provide a majestic feel at night by using lighting to symbolize its presence in the scientific community in the outskirts of Milan Italy.
CORPORATE BUSINESS PARK

We designed a Business Center for the SIM online Community with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational, again using lighting to dominate the building forms.The Business Center Renovation offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited for every  international clients who can engage in the office modular building and reside in the Boutique Hotel tower. Our team decided to base the design of the project on "work-live apartments" concept from Los Angeles and apply it to a corporate business center that contains hotel and amenities for the international clients.

The Residential Watefront Sportspark development is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of its residents, it manages to do just that. Our design made sure to provide easy access to community residents and visitors that use A Sports Park with all sport fields and supporting sports club facilities .The development is a unique one combining residential and visitor amenities with public and private spaces fully functional with security separation maintaining a unified waterfront development

The Concept of double story units for "Work-Live adaptation are shown in these two images . Both Concepts have a 3-story double height amenities for business groups and recreational spaces for a full experience of business and relaxation whether full time residents have the work live environments in their apartment units- Residential tower or for Business Visitors who enjoy the same features in the Hotel Tower.
GOLDEN DRAGON HOTEL -MIXED-USE

We were approached by Chinese Investors to develop a " Las Vegas Style" themed Boutique Hotel with a Mall Podium serving a high density downtownÂ
city center. We used Lighting Techniques and flourescent stone cladding to create a glowing effect that illuminates the Hotel
in a existing city center that was already infilled with existing structures. The Hotel Concept Design is presently being funded.
KRYPTO BUSINESS HEADQUARTERS

Shanghai raises the bar when it comes to settings trends in architectural design. Our concept design for the Krypto Business Headquarters in Shangai, addressing the need to establish a new futuristic tower in Kryptonite style and symboligy. The Zoning Commission allowed us to investigate a new form for the 21st century and establish a precedent for future designs to follow in this central district near the French Quarters in Shanghai.

With Panama's present economic revival ,
international client investor aimed at establishing a base in Panama in support of the ongoing second Panama Canal work, we were asked to incorporate a industrial high-tech design matching the work being completed for the Panama Canal Operations Sub-Structure Facilities. We aimed at a nautical design emphazisesing the transportational tankers taht will use the new Panama Cana.

A developer in LA asks us to join to develop a LAN Center for computer gamers that on occasions would hold gaming competitions. This futuristic "martian like" design symbolizes characters from gaming apps and acts as a symbol to gamers of their competitive spirit gaming.

In Guangzhou where the Solar Industry Business is thriving we were asked to develop Penguin City Center that includes a Mega- Movie Plex, Retail Mall and Food Courts. This Mixed- Use Office Towers with Entertainment venues also housed a Aquarium Educational Academy for the City where residents of the community can view Penguins several times yearly.
